Remote Hands

Remote support:

By means of a remote support program, we are able to give our contract customers almost immediate support. We take remote control of desktops, notebooks and servers and sort out IT issues as if we are sitting in front of that particular machine. Since we don't have to drive out to our clients for every issue, we save our customers both time and money. This also minimises downtime so that employees don't sit around waiting for an engineer to arrive onsite. With remote support we are able to support any user no matter where they are, as long as they are connected to the Internet. 

This remote support option is only available for contract customers since they help carry the costs for the remote support infrastructure. 

Driving onsite

Onsite support:

Sometimes it is necessary for engineers to do onsite visits and for those situations we have very capable support engineers; ready to visit our clients at their home or office.

We have a pay-as-you-go rate for non-contract customers but offer cheaper rates to our contract customers. The remote support option is only available for contract customers but non-contract customers are welcome to book an engineer to do a site visit.
